About The Position

We are looking to hire a hardworking and motivated Loader/Unloader for our Daniels’ medical waste treatment facility in Stow, OH who will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks and assist in the packing of customer orders. They will also prepare and pack outgoing customer orders for transport, in addition to moving trucks and taking care of housekeeping duties.

Requirements

Previous experience in a labor-intensive job
Proven longevity with their employers
Ability to lift 55lbs
Ability to push a four-wheeled cart that weighs as much as 200lbs
Attention to detail, especially with paperwork
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to work well with a team
Can-do attitude
Commitment to efficient, timely scheduling

Nice To Haves

Forklift operation experience
Hand truck operation experience

Responsibilities

Loading and unloading trucks
Assisting in the packing of customer orders
Preparing and packing outgoing customer orders for transport
Moving trucks
Taking care of housekeeping duties
Weighing incoming sharps and regulated medical waste containers (using our Weighbridge)
Driving a forklift and operating hand trucks once trained
Lifting 55lbs and pushing a four-wheeled cart that weighs as much as 200lbs
Providing attention to detail, especially with the paperwork required to process these items
Standing for extended periods of time happily and comfortably
Working well with a team
