About The Position

We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Class A Yard Jockey with a Class A license and experienced with maneuvering large trucks across the Baltimore, MD Plant. This is a full-time permanent role of 40-50 hours per week, offering job stability as an essential service to healthcare. The position is Monday-Friday, Graveyard 3rd Shift (5PM to 5AM). We are a healthcare service company providing safety systems and regulated waste collections for hospitals and an array of customers within the healthcare industry. Our focus is delivering quality and safety-focused medical waste management services that reduce needlestick injuries, improve infection control and reduce the environmental footprint of our customers. As a service to our customers we dispose and treat medical waste at our treatment facilities across the U.S.

Requirements

• Class A license with a clean driving record and VALID DOT MEDICAL CARD
• Minimum 3 years experience operating 26 foot trucks and trailers up to 53 foot
• Passing our 7 Year FADV review in the Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse
• Experience with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle evaluations
• Experience with DOT compliance, logging hours, roadside inspections
• Can-do attitude with a strong customer focus
• Proven longevity in past employment
• TOUCH FREIGHT EXPERIENCE!!!

Responsibilities

• Moving trailers and equipment throughout the yard using a yard truck
• Position trailers accurately for efficient loading and unloading
• Load and unload trailers in support of warehouse operations
• Perform daily safety inspections on yard trucks and equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard
• Communicate with yard and warehouse teams to ensure efficient operations
• Safely operate straight trucks and tractor trailers (26’–53’)
• Heavy lifting REQUIRED!!
