About The Position
Blood Assurance is seeking a compassionate and dependable full-time Medical Technologist to join its Chattanooga laboratory team. This second-shift position works Sunday through Thursday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., and includes a shift differential. The role supports blood component processing, donor testing, and reference laboratory work. Duties include preparing, labeling, and shipping blood and blood components, as well as performing various clerical tasks.
Requirements
- Current MLS certification, MT or MLT ASCP certification, and an associate or bachelor's degree.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment with a positive, professional attitude.
Nice To Haves
- Blood bank experience is preferred but not required.
