About The Position
A medical facility located near Wauseon, Ohio is seeking a full-time, permanent Medical Technologist (MT/MLT) to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity for the night shift, working 12-hour shifts. The role offers great laboratory leadership and administration. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available. The Medical Lab Scientist is responsible for accurately performing medical laboratory tests following established laboratory policies and procedures, adhering to performance and quality standards. The Lab Scientist is also responsible for clinical instrument maintenance and for new test and instrumentation development.
Requirements
- Must have AMT or ASCP Certification

- Previous clinical laboratory experience, but not required
