Join our dynamic Medical-Surgical team and lead a newly remodeled 42-bed unit designed with modern technology, strong clinical support, and a commitment to exceptional patient care. As our Medical-Surgical RN Director, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of nursing excellence while partnering with a dedicated leadership team that includes Virtual Nursing Support, an Assistant Nurse Manager, Clinical Coordinator, and Charge Nurses on every shift.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program required
- Current RN license with the South Carolina Board of Nursing or compact-state licensure required
- Current BLS and ACLS through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree preferred or actively pursuing
- Certified Medical Surgical Registered Nurse certification is preferred
