A team member of nursing services who participates in the delivery of health care to the patients of Pueblo Community Health Center. This role requires assisting medical team members with direct patient care, including rooming patients, taking vital signs, asking about medications and allergies, and assisting with cleaning and sterilization procedures. The Medical Support Partner will also relay information to patients and medical team members, assist with case management programs, follow scheduling procedures, and schedule patient appointments. Additionally, the role involves using clinical workflows, documenting information in electronic patient charts, accessing and updating clinical data, faxing correspondence, following clinical lab procedures, maintaining compliance with nursing and infection control policies, managing supplies, ensuring accurate clinical information entry, maintaining CPR certification, understanding safety and security practices, maintaining patient confidentiality, participating in meetings, checking refrigerator temperatures, and completing time and attendance activities accurately and timely.
