Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate travel, partner services, account management, or related
  • Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving experience.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-service mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with travel systems preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, or similar travel technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned partners, agencies, suppliers, and strategic business stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships to ensure partner engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Conduct regular partner reviews and identify growth opportunities.
  • Support leadership in developing strategies to improve partner satisfaction and engagement.
  • Oversee intake, evaluation, prioritization, and resolution of partner support requests.
  • Coordinate internal teams to deliver timely support.
  • Serve as escalation point for complex issues.
  • Monitor support performance and implement improvements.
  • Manage partner onboarding activities.
  • Coordinate training and resource deployment.
  • Maintain documentation and operating procedures.
  • Support implementation of partner programs and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Technology, Sales, Marketing, Supplier Relations, Finance, and Account Management teams.
  • Lead problem-solving efforts for operational challenges.
  • Provide recommendations for service enhancements.
  • Track and analyze support metrics and trends.
  • Prepare reports and leadership presentations.
  • Identify recurring issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Evaluate workflows and implement process improvements.
  • Support strategic initiatives and business growth efforts.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate support activities.
