As a Medical Support Assistant supporting the Nursing Department, you will deliver dependable administrative and patient support in a fast‑paced, high‑acuity research environment. You will interact directly with patients, families, nurses, physicians, and clinical staff, helping to ensure clinical workflows run smoothly and patients receive coordinated, compassionate care. This is a long‑term, full‑time position requiring prior healthcare experience.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting with direct, in‑person patient contact
Basic knowledge of medical terminology required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ability to quickly learn clinical systems
Effective written and verbal communication in English
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Prior healthcare experience is a strict requirement for this position.
