Medical Supply Clerk/ Central Supply Manager - full-time
About The Position
White Oak of Waxhaw is seeking a Medical Supply Clerk. This position is full time, Monday through Friday. The purpose of this position is to maintain, order and provide supplies needed to administer services and charges rendered to residents. This role manages all medical inventory supplies to ensures adequate and sufficient supplies are readily available. Works directly with various medical vendors and tracks monthly orders and maintains par levels. Processes billing of supplies and maintains medical budgets and inventory levels.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of computer fundamentals
- Experience in inventory control and ordering
- Organizational skills
- Ability to follow policy and procedures
- Versatile to cross-train with other duties
Nice To Haves
- Medical terminology
- Certified Nurse Aide experience
- Experience in long term care
Responsibilities
