Requirements

Previous experience in supply management or inventory control preferred
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
Ability to follow procedures, regulations, and documentation protocols
Comfort with physical tasks, including lifting and moving equipment
A positive, proactive attitude and strong teamwork skills

Responsibilities

Manage daily supply and equipment needs across the Health Care Center and other assigned areas
Maintain accurate inventory records, supply usage tracking, and billing documentation
Ensure nursing supplies and equipment are available, organized, and functioning properly
Collaborate with nursing staff and other departments to meet ongoing supply needs
Follow all federal, state, and local regulations related to supply management and documentation
Support a high standard of resident care through reliable and efficient supply coordination
