About The Position

This is an administrative staffing coordination role, not a caregiver position. Applicants must have prior experience staffing caregivers (HHA/CNA) for a home health or home care agency. Applicants without prior caregiver staffing or scheduling experience will not be considered. We’re looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Medical Staffing Coordinator to join our administrative team. Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a caregiver staffing, scheduling, or coordination role within a home health or home care agency
• Experience staffing HHA/CNA caregivers is required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
• Applicants without prior caregiver staffing or scheduling experience will not be considered.
• Under Florida law, this role is subject to background screening per Chapter 435, Florida Statutes, including fingerprinting and review for eligibility before employment.

Responsibilities

• Staff and schedule HHA/CNA caregivers for home health clients
• Manage daily caregiver schedules, call-outs, and coverage needs
• Communicate with caregivers regarding assignments, availability, and changes
• Coordinate staffing needs with intake, clinical, and administrative teams
• Maintain accurate caregiver and client records
• Assist with caregiver onboarding and HR file compliance
• Answer staffing-related phone calls from caregivers and clients
• Ensure continuity of care by resolving staffing gaps promptly
• Provide administrative support related to staffing and scheduling operations
