About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Medical Social Worker (MSW) to provide comprehensive patient support services in an acute care environment. The ideal candidate will manage a consistent caseload, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with all regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of recent acute care experience.
- Prior travel assignment experience required (first-time travelers will not be considered).
- Active professional license required by start date.
- Candidates with pending licenses may be submitted but must obtain licensure prior to assignment start.

- Willing to float to nearby affiliated facilities as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and standards.
- Manage a daily caseload of approximately 20–23 patients.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Conduct patient assessments and document interventions and outcomes accurately.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational requirements.
- Participate in scheduled weekend coverage.
