$5,000 Sign on Bonus FT Hospice Social Worker-MSW required
About The Position
National Church Residences Home Health division is seeking a Social Worker for its Southern Ohio Home Health and Hospice agency. The position covers locations throughout southern Ohio and shares the organization’s vision of advancing better living and care for seniors. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with an on-call rotation. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered. Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in social work from a Council on Social Work Education-accredited school and an LSW in good standing. At least one year of social work experience in a health care setting is required; two years of experience in varied multidisciplinary health care settings, including work with clients and family counseling, is preferred.

- At least one year of social work experience in a health care setting.
