One of a network of provincial community health centers, the NorWest Community Health Centers is a community based, non-profit organization funded by Ontario Health, emphasizing access to primary health care and prevention programs and services. We are currently seeking 3 casual Medical Secretary positions to join our team. The Medical Secretary is a valued member of the Community Health Centre team and is responsible for monitoring client flow, handling incoming telephone calls, scheduling appointments, and updating the client database. This is a casual position with flexible hours and requires providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced work environment. The successful candidate will have the ability to manage multiple tasks, respond efficiently when greeting clients and visitors in person and over the phone, and work effectively as part of a team. The position has a competitive salary, and with the option to join the Health Care of Ontario’s Pension Plan (HOOPP). The hourly range for this position is $23.053 to $27.775.
