About The Position

This role involves promoting and selling pharmaceutical products, medical equipment, and medical products to doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals within an assigned territory. The Medical Representative will conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities, engage with healthcare professionals to present product information, and address concerns. Key aspects include offering complete product knowledge (usage, dosage, benefits), building strong relationships with healthcare professionals to enhance product awareness and achieve sales targets, and actively listening to customer needs to offer appropriate product recommendations. The role also requires gathering insights on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities, reporting this information to internal departments, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams on promotional strategies. Additionally, the representative will attend seminars and workshops to expand professional knowledge and networks, maintain detailed customer interaction and sales performance records using CRM software, and ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations and ethical standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or veterinary.
  • Completed military or governmental obligations.
  • Resident in Giza.
  • 0-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Good command of English language (spoken & written).
  • Strong relationship-building abilities with healthcare professionals.
