About The Position
Euola is seeking Medical Records Technicians to provide administrative and records management support for medical case management operations supporting military readiness at the Vermont Army National Guard, Colchester VT.
Requirements
- Experience in medical records, health admin, or HIM
- Knowledge of HIPAA and records handling
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Nice To Haves
- Experience with military medical systems
- RHIT/RHIA or similar certification
Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize Soldier medical records
- Upload, track, and validate medical documentation
- Enter and update data in MEDCHART, MEDPROS, and related systems
- Ensure records are complete and audit-ready
- Support monthly reporting and case tracking
- Coordinate document flow with providers and case managers
- Ensure compliance with Army medical record regulations
