- Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities
- Requesting records from various providers and facilities to ensure all necessary patient files are accounted for.
- Reconcile records to verify data accuracy and completeness.
- Chart prep, organizing and preparing all patient documentation so our clinical team is fully equipped and ready for the day ahead.
