Requirements

Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in creating, managing, and interpreting medical records.
Familiarity with document imaging systems and other relevant software tools.
Effective communication skills are crucial for responding to both oral and written requests for information, providing clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
A commitment to integrity and a customer-focused approach.
1 year of experience with creating, managing, and interpreting medical records.
Must successfully pass a criminal history fingerprint background investigation, DMV record check, Child Registry search, drug screening test and employment reference checks.

Responsibilities

Maintaining comprehensive records of patient care.
Compiling, reviewing, and scanning documentation related to patients’ conditions, treatments, and health outcomes into our efficient document imaging system.
Responding to oral and written requests for information with accuracy and professionalism.
