As a Health Information Coordinator at Frasier, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) Life Plan retirement community rooted in Boulder since 1960, you will be a crucial partner for clinical teams, ensuring medical records are accurate, organized, and compliant. This role is vital for both regulatory compliance and the quality of care provided to residents across Frasier’s continuum of care, which includes independent living, assisted living, memory support, and skilled nursing. The position involves supporting accurate documentation, managing health information processes, and being a reliable resource for clinical teams and leadership.
