The Medical Record Coordinator is responsible for the onsite day-to-day processing of medical records (paper and electronic), as well as organizing, filing, and retrieving patient medical records. Other duties include but are not limited to scanning medical documents (including diagnostic testing), patient exam notes, external medical correspondence and medical records requests; assist surgery scheduler with administrative tasks, paperwork, and phone calls; cover front desk and other administrative duties as assigned.
