About The Position

This position will be remote following an orientation and training period in Woburn, MA. The role involves managing and scanning all medical record data pertaining to the patient into the EPIC chart, preparing files for offsite storage, and completing the ADR process for organizing and copying documentation for QA review and submission to the State. The coordinator will also maintain and track all medical record queues, organize and handle medical records requests from various sources, and ensure all incoming Right Fax documents are delegated correctly. Additionally, the role includes following up on outstanding orders by contacting MD offices and performing payroll data entry and other related payroll duties as needed.

Requirements

  • High school graduate preferred
  • Experience in medical office administration preferred.
  • Maintain strict adherence to the Continuing Care Confidentiality policy.
  • Incorporate Continuing Care Standards of Behavior and Guiding Principles into daily activities.
  • Comply with all Continuing Care Policies.
  • Comply with behavioral expectations of the Continuing Care Division.

  • Perform all other duties as needed or directed to meet the needs of the department.

Responsibilities
