About The Position
Performs medical record functions to support the administration of the hospital's health information system consistent with the standards of accrediting and regulatory agencies and requirements of the health care system.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- 1 year experience in in-patient medical record setting
- familiar with paper and electronic health records
- experienced in PHI and maintaining HIPAA
