About The Position
Contributes to patient care and hospital operations by organizing and maintaining accurate and confidential health information in the patient’s medical record; Responds to requests timely according to hospital policy, state and federal regulations; Registers all births with The Bureau of Vital Statistics.
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Active Ohio Notary Public credentials or receive within six (6) months of employment
Responsibilities
- Organizing and maintaining accurate and confidential health information in the patient’s medical record
- Responding to requests timely according to hospital policy, state and federal regulations
- Registering all births with The Bureau of Vital Statistics
