About The Position
Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join their team. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, checking in patients, receiving payments, and assisting in daily operations. The ideal candidate will maintain a friendly, professional attitude, offer a "white glove" experience, and guide new patients through their intake process. Responsibilities also include collecting samples for drug screens, maintaining financial records, coordinating with medical and clinical staff, providing clerical and logistical support, and overseeing patient accounts. Crossroads Treatment Centers has been a leader in treating patients with opioid use disorder since 2005, offering accessible, high-quality, evidence-based medication-assisted treatment (MAT) options. They are dedicated to improving access to treatment across the U.S. and have clinics in multiple states.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, office administration preferred
- Lived Addiction experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service checking in patients
- Receive payments
- Assist in daily operations

- Provide an exceptional experience by guiding new patients through their intake process
- Collect urine and saliva samples for patient drug screens as needed
- Maintain daily financial records and reports
- Coordinate with medical and clinical staff to coordinate intakes
- Provide clerical and logistical support
- Oversee patient accounts and financial responsibilities
