About The Position

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join their team. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, checking in patients, receiving payments, and assisting in daily operations. The ideal candidate will maintain a friendly, professional attitude, offer a "white glove" experience, and guide new patients through their intake process. Responsibilities also include collecting urine and saliva samples for drug screens, maintaining daily financial records, coordinating with medical and clinical staff, and providing clerical and logistical support. The role also oversees patient accounts and financial responsibilities.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, office administration preferred
Lived Addiction experience is a plus
