Olgam Life focuses solely on the aggregation aspect of the donation process, enabling us to focus more closely on the care our donors receive.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience working in a regulated environment and/or customer service industry.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional communication and the ability to inform and report appropriately to management.
  • Scheduling flexibility to ensure appropriate center support.
  • Ability to execute multi-step technical driven processes.
  • Familiarization with electronic systems/platforms used to organize, track, and execute tasks.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and/or walk for a minimum of 8 hours in a scheduled workday.

Responsibilities

  • Registers new and return donors.
  • Manages the donor identification and deferral registry check.
  • Verifies donor vitals for suitability at each donation.
  • Assesses donor medical history for pre-donation screening.
  • Determines donor acceptability for plasma donation.
  • Other duties as assigned by Center Management.
