About The Position
Heart of America Eyecare P.A. is a fun, fast paced, lively surgeon's office seeking a Medical Receptionist. They work hard to ensure patients have the latest treatment options and are committed to providing the highest quality of comprehensive eye care. The office is willing to train the right candidate.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls from patients, referring doctors and vendors
- Having face to face interactions with patients to verify demographic and health insurance information
- Updating data in an Electronic Health Record
- Collecting payments of all types including cash, checks, and credit cards
- Prepping paperwork, mailings, and clerical duties
- Scheduling appointments and managing the office schedule
