Medical Receptionist - Sparta, TN
About The Position
Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Medical Receptionist to provide excellent customer service, check in patients, receive payments, and assist in daily operations. The role involves maintaining a friendly, professional attitude, offering a "white glove" experience, and guiding new patients through their intake process. The Medical Receptionist will also collect urine and saliva samples for patient drug screens, maintain daily financial records and reports, coordinate with medical and clinical staff, provide clerical and logistical support, and oversee patient accounts and financial responsibilities. Crossroads Treatment Centers has been a leader in treating patients with opioid use disorder since 2005, offering accessible, high-quality, evidence-based medication-assisted treatment (MAT) options. They are dedicated to improving access to treatment across the U.S., with outpatient, office-based clinics in multiple states.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Customer Service experience in a fast paced environment preferred
- Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, office administration preferred
- Lived Addiction experience is a plus
Responsibilities
