About The Position

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Medical Receptionist to provide excellent customer service, check in patients, receive payments, and assist in daily operations. The role involves maintaining a friendly, professional attitude, offering a "white glove" experience, and guiding new patients through their intake process. Responsibilities include collecting urine and saliva samples for drug screens, maintaining daily financial records, coordinating with medical and clinical staff, and overseeing patient accounts. Crossroads Treatment Centers is dedicated to treating patients with opioid use disorder through evidence-based medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and has been a leader in this field since 2005. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
• Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, office administration preferred
• Lived Addiction experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service

• Collect urine and saliva samples for patient drug screens as needed
• Maintain daily financial records and reports
• Coordinate with medical and clinical staff to coordinate intakes
• Provide clerical and logistical support
• Oversee patient accounts and financial responsibilities
