About The Position

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Medical Receptionist in Petersburg, VA. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, checking in patients, receiving payments, and assisting in daily operations. The ideal candidate will maintain a friendly, professional attitude, offer a "white glove" experience, and guide new patients through their intake process. Responsibilities also include collecting drug screen samples, maintaining financial records, coordinating with medical staff, and providing clerical support. Crossroads Treatment Centers is dedicated to treating patients with opioid use disorder through evidence-based medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and has clinics across the U.S.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, office administration preferred
Lived Addiction experience is a plus
