About The Position

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a part-time Medical Receptionist for their Oak Ridge, TN location. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, checking in patients, receiving payments, and assisting in daily operations. The Medical Receptionist will maintain a friendly, professional attitude, offer a "white glove" experience, and guide new patients through their intake process. Responsibilities also include collecting samples for drug screens, maintaining financial records, coordinating with medical and clinical staff, and providing clerical and logistical support. The position is part-time with a specific schedule: Tuesdays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, Wednesdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Thursdays from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Crossroads Treatment Centers is dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality, evidence-based medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for opioid use disorder and has been a leader in this field since 2005.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
• Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, office administration preferred
• Lived Addiction experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
