Medical Receptionist - Spart, TN
About The Position
Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Medical Receptionist to provide excellent customer service, check in patients, receive payments, and assist in daily operations. The role involves maintaining a friendly, professional attitude, offering a "white glove" experience, and guiding new patients through their intake process. Responsibilities include collecting patient drug screen samples, maintaining daily financial records, coordinating with medical and clinical staff, providing clerical and logistical support, and overseeing patient accounts and financial responsibilities. Crossroads Treatment Centers is dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality, evidence-based medication-assisted treatment (MAT) to combat the opioid epidemic and support patient recovery.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, office administration preferred
- Lived Addiction experience is a plus

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service

- Collect urine and saliva samples for patient drug screens as needed

- Oversee patient accounts and financial responsibilities
