Requirements

• Experience as a Medical Receptionist, Front Desk Coordinator, or Patient Service Representative
• Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced medical office
• Comfortable with EMR/EHR systems and scheduling software
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Professional, friendly, and confident communication

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare experience is a plus, but we will train the right person with the right mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient-facing customer service
• Keep provider schedules full and optimized
• Handle patient check-in/check-out and EMR documentation
• Confirm insurance and benefits eligibility
• Collect copays and balances accurately
• Keep the front office organized, efficient, and professional
