About The Position

As a member of the Diagnostic Imaging team, the Medical Radiation Technologist (MRT) will be performing all types of Radiology exams. This role will involve working in various locations including the Main department, Emergency Department (ED), Operating Room (OR), Fracture Clinic, and performing portable exams. The position is a full-time temporary role, expected to last until approximately November 2026.

Requirements

• Current CMRITO registration
• Radiology designation
• A minimum of 1 - 3 years of hospital radiology experience
• Proficient computer skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated good attendance and performance records with the ability to maintain these same standards
• Demonstrates a commitment to a healthy and safe workplace for self and others (staff, patients, families, etc.) by taking all reasonable precautions and working in compliance with hospital related policies, health and safety legislation and best practices and completing relevant mandatory education as required

Benefits

• Variable weekday shifts, evening or night shifts as well as weekend shifts (7.5 and 11.25 hours) as required.
• Compensation: OPCOM01 Range: $40.08 - $53.73
