This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week, consisting of 8-hour shifts from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The role is responsible for the development, coordination, and execution of operational, clinical, and strategic initiatives across the Medical Oncology service line. The manager will partner closely with physicians, nursing leadership, administration, and system stakeholders to drive standardization, operational excellence, and sustainable program growth across oncology services. Key areas of focus include physician outreach and engagement, process improvement, system-wide standardization of medical oncology services, and strategic growth initiatives to expand access, capacity, and service offerings across the oncology continuum.
