About The Position

The Medical Patient Access Representative serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while supporting efficient day-to-day clinic operations. This position performs a variety of front-office and administrative duties, including patient check-in and check-out, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, medical record maintenance, and payment processing. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to creating a welcoming and positive experience for every patient.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• 6 months of customer service/reception experience
• Basic office skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft products

Nice To Haves

• 1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
• EMR experience
• 1+ years of experience in FQHC setting
• Bilingual (Spanish)
• Graduate of certified medical office training course, CNA or Medical Assistant
