Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, public health, social work, or related field preferred.
Experience in community outreach, health promotion, or related roles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and data management tools.
Knowledge of healthcare systems and community resources is an asset.

Responsibilities

Develop, organize, and execute community outreach programs, events, and health education initiatives.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
Serve as the organizational liaison at community events, health fairs, workshops, and forums to promote services and health awareness.
Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and promotion of outreach activities across various locations.
Manage outreach data collection, record keeping, and activity reporting.
Recruit, train, and support volunteers and interns involved in outreach efforts.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to enhance community health engagement programs.
Assist in the preparation of educational materials, communications, and marketing collateral for outreach initiatives.
Monitor community needs and provide feedback to leadership to inform program development.
Participate in external coalitions, workgroups, and committees as needed to advance health initiatives.
