Medical Optometrist opening with OD/MD practice
About The Position
Quantum Vision Centers is seeking a Medical Optometrist to join its multi-specialty ophthalmology team. The role is primarily based in Maryville, Illinois, with a rotating schedule at offices in Granite City, Swansea, Belleville, and Godfrey. Approximately 85% of the position is medical, focused on post-operative care, diabetic management, stable glaucoma, and co-management with the surgical team. Some routine care is included. The practice includes 9 MDs and 4 ODs across multiple locations, with subspecialties in retina, cornea, cataract, and oculoplastics. Offices are equipped with visual fields, Optos, and fundus photography. The position offers technical support, with scribe support as patient volume builds. The schedule is Monday through Friday, plus one rotating half-day Saturday per month. Quantum Vision Centers is part of EyeCare Partners. Requirements
- Must be comfortable managing stable glaucoma.

Responsibilities
