About The Position

The IMA Group is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee clinical operations in Ohio, West Virginia, and Kentucky. This role is based in Columbus, with frequent travel required to support and manage clinical staff at multiple sites. The supervisor will be hands-on, assisting with daily operations, training, troubleshooting, and clinical tasks. This position also involves managing medical supply inventory and serving as a liaison between field teams and leadership.

Requirements

• Background as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist
• 1+ year supervising more than one employee
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Able and willing to travel 50%
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical staff at multiple sites, coaching them through daily operations and keeping standards consistent.
• Travel regularly to train staff, troubleshoot issues, and pitch in on clinical tasks like patient intake and exam prep.
• Manage medical supply inventory.
• Act as the link between field teams and leadership.
