About The Position
Seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Medical Oncologist for a Locum Tenens position in Findlay, OH. This role involves both outpatient and inpatient care, including rounding and call coverage. The position requires an active Ohio medical license or eligibility. The ideal candidate will have recent locum experience and be comfortable managing adult oncology and hematology cases. Responsibilities include providing direct patient care, participating in a 1:4 call rotation, attending tumor boards, and collaborating with a support staff of RNs and Medical Assistants.
Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Medical Oncology
- Active Ohio medical license (or eligibility)
- Board Certified
- Ability to provide inpatient rounding and call coverage
- Ability to attend tumor board

Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient oncology care to new and follow-up patients.
- Provide inpatient rounding and call coverage as part of a 1:4 rotation.
- Participate in week-long call coverage (Friday 8am to following Friday 8am), including weekends.
- Attend tumor board during on-site working weeks.
- Collaborate with RNs, MAs, and chemotherapy-certified infusion staff.
