About The Position

Sky Lakes Medical Center is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Medical Oncologist or Hematologist-Oncologist to join their expanding team. This role offers the opportunity to practice with a high level of autonomy within a state-of-the-art facility that serves as the regional hub for cancer care across Southern Oregon and Northern California. The practice includes a dedicated multidisciplinary team, a 4-day clinical work week with one admin day, and a balanced patient volume of approximately 15 patients per day. The role is primarily outpatient with inpatient consult opportunities and light, telephone-only call limited to 8 days per month.

Requirements

Board-certified or board-eligible (MD/DO).
Value clinical autonomy and a varied, high-impact caseload.

Nice To Haves

1–2 years of practice experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide meaningful care for approximately 15 patients per day.
Engage in primarily outpatient practice with rewarding inpatient consult opportunities.
Participate in telephone-only call, limited to 8 days per month.
Work alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team, including a Radiation Oncologist, an Oncology APP, and a specialized support staff of infusion RNs and pharmacists.
