Collaboration with other departments, team members, physician offices, and patients may be required for information exchange and problem resolution. Clerical duties, operating standard office machines, and maintaining a neat work area are also part of the responsibilities. The role may involve ordering supplies, opening mail, assisting with medical records, and special projects as assigned, all while adhering to NCH standards, policies, and procedures.
