About The Position

This is not an Office Manager role; it is a leadership position responsible for the overall success of an entire clinic. At NIVA Health, each clinic operates as its own business. Medical Office Directors are expected to build high-performing teams, create exceptional patient experiences, drive operational results, and ensure consistent peak performance. While working alongside providers, the Director owns the business side of the clinic, taking responsibility for identifying and fixing issues, understanding performance dips, coaching the team, and improving patient experiences. This role is ideal for individuals who naturally take ownership, make confident decisions, and are accountable for results.

Requirements

• 3+ years leading operations within a medical practice, specialty clinic, dental practice, medspa, wellness center, or similar healthcare environment
• Experience leading, coaching, and managing teams
• Strong understanding of clinic operations, scheduling, staffing, and workflow management
• Experience using KPIs to improve operational performance
• Confidence making decisions and holding others accountable
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience with EHR systems and healthcare operations

Nice To Haves

• A bachelor's degree is welcomed but not essential if you've built a track record of leading successful healthcare teams.
