About The Position

As the first point of contact for patients, you will help create a positive and welcoming experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic. In this role, you will provide a blend of administrative, reception, scheduling, and clinical support, working closely with physicians, patients, and fellow team members to deliver high-quality, efficient care. Requirements

  • Proficiency with medical office software, EMR systems, and office equipment.
  • Strong verbal and written skills in English to interact with patients and staff.
  • Organizational skills, ability to multitask, compassion, and professional demeanor.
  • Understanding of medical terminology and health records management.
  • 2+ years of MOA experience required
  • Results oriented – Operates with urgency to constantly improve and grow the business.
  • Morally strong – Will operate and provide the highest level of integrity in all actions

Responsibilities

  • Managing front desk duties, answering phones, registering patients, scanning documents, completing billing and maintaining office supplies.
  • Booking and confirming appointments, coordinating referrals, and acting as the liaison between patients and physicians.
  • Preparing exam rooms, cleaning instruments, taking patient measurements (e.g., blood pressure, temperature)
