About The Position

The Medical Office Assistant (MOA) performs registration and clerical support functions for the Primary Care Clinic, which sees patients and families requiring high-priority care within 24 hours. This role operates within a team-based model of care, reporting to the Program Manager, and supports the local Community of Care (CoC) service delivery model and primary care network in accordance with VCH policies and procedures. The multidisciplinary healthcare team includes general practitioners, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, and social workers.
