Requirements

Responsibilities

Provide administrative and clerical support to maintain efficient medical office operations.
Greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and respond to routine inquiries in a professional manner.
Manage records, files, and documentation in accordance with established procedures and confidentiality standards.
Draft correspondence, reports, memoranda, and other office documents.
Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail and communications.
Maintain appointment calendars and assist with scheduling activities.
Compile and organize information for reports and departmental projects.
Support providers and office staff with day-to-day administrative needs.
Ensure accurate recordkeeping and maintain organized office systems.
