About The Position

The OEM Territory Manager is responsible for growing and developing the OEM business in the Southeast territory. This position reports to the Medical Americas Sales Leader and is part of the USCAN Medical Commercial Organization and will be working remotely to cover their territory. The role involves working with market-leading medical organizations and start-ups to incorporate Pall filtration solutions into their products. The position requires identifying, influencing, and building relationships with key decision-makers to improve the company's position within defined customers, raise awareness, create additional sales, and generate the required corporate image across the target market. Maintaining and developing product, market, and technical knowledge of existing and new OEM filtration applications is also a key aspect of the role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, Graduate in STEM-related field preferred.
  • 4 years of relevant experience in direct field sales, preferably within the medical, laboratory, research markets or other related experience.
  • Proven account management and project planning skills.
  • Works well independently and also has strong influencing, interpersonal, and networking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and able to present complex ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact.

Nice To Haves

  • Work experience focused in the Medical industry.
  • Expertise using Saleforce.com for sales funnel management, reporting and forecasting or similar CRM systems.

Responsibilities

  • Grow and develop the Medical OEM Business in the Sales Territory and to achieve the sales targets, price changes & order forecasts.
  • Working with market leading medical organizations and start-ups to incorporate Pall filtration solutions into their products.
  • To manage growth opportunities using the sales funnel and deploy continuous improvement tools to drive problem-solving and expedient business development.
  • To identify, influence and build relationships with key decision-makers and use these relationships to improve our position within the defined customer by raising awareness, creating additional sales, and generating the required corporate image across the target market.
  • Maintain and continually develop product, market, and technical knowledge of existing and new OEM filtration applications.
