About The Position
Marshall Dennehey, a leading Am Law 200 civil defense law firm, is seeking an experienced Medical Malpractice Attorney to join its litigation team in Philadelphia, PA or King of Prussia, PA. The firm emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and attorney growth. The successful candidate will defend Medical Malpractice and catastrophic loss cases, working primarily under two shareholders within a dynamic team of 8 lawyers. The role is designed for associates who want to learn and develop their legal skills, with opportunities for full case management at their own pace through hands-on experience and continuous feedback. Requirements
- At least two (2) years of experience as an attorney.
- Interest in defending high exposure claims.
- Strong analytical thinking skills.

- Must be a qualified candidate.
