About The Position

Marshall Dennehey, a leading Am Law 200 civil defense law firm, is seeking an experienced Medical Malpractice Attorney to assist in the defense of Medical Malpractice cases in our King of Prussia, PA office. The applicant should have at least two (2) years of experience. The successful candidate would join a dynamic team of 8 lawyers but work primarily under 2 shareholders. The firm's goal is to hire associates who want to learn and develop their legal skills, and who desire to advance within the firm while assisting others to do the same. While associates are not expected to independently manage cases from inception through trial on day one, they will work closely with experienced shareholders and associates who are committed to mentoring and skill development. Strong analytical thinking, legal writing, research, and communication skills are highly valued and continuously refined within the litigation groups.
