About The Position

The Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) performs laboratory tests and procedures under the supervision of laboratory supervisors or managers. The role includes operating diagnostic equipment, analyzing test results, and ensuring laboratory processes are conducted accurately and efficiently. The position is identified as PRN. The hourly pay range is $23.88–$35.82. Evening/night and weekend shift incentives may be available based on company policies and applicable job codes. A performance-based bonus may also be available, subject to eligibility criteria and achievement of defined metrics; further details are provided during the interview process or upon hire.

Requirements

• An associate degree from an accredited Medical Laboratory Technician program; or an associate degree plus at least 60 semester hours from an accredited university, including biology and chemistry, and three years of full-time clinical laboratory experience; or successful completion of an equivalent training program.
• Registration as a Medical Lab Technician, MLT (ASCP), MLT (AMT), HEW, CLS (NCA), or equivalent is required.
• Registry is required within 12 months of completion of school/training or equivalent education documentation per CLIA standards.
